JC Stanciel is very steady in pass blocking. In his pass sets he rarely gave up much ground to any of the rushers he faced. Only being overpowered less than five plays. He does something at the high school level that isn’t very common. He waits for the defensive line to shoot their hands first and then slaps down their hands. Stanciel understands using the rushers energy against them. In the run game he was stout. He excelled at reach blocks on most outside zone runs.
